FAQs

What are the dimensions of a Presso machine and is it mobile?

The current Presso machine measures at 1'7" x 4'5" x 6'3". It's crafted for convenient maneuverability, fitting through standard doors, and equipped with wheels for easy mobility. Visualize effortlessly rolling it around like a clothing rack.

The machine is highly mobile, equipped with wheels, and designed to effortlessly fit through any standard door frame, ensuring easy mobility and installation.

What are the requirements for installing the machine?

The Presso machine requires a standard American dryer outlet (4-prong, 30 Amps). Despite having water and liquid reservoirs, we strongly recommend installing a cold water-in valve and a drain for managing the gray water produced.

How much does a Presso machine cost and what is the expected lifespan?

Presso products and services are currently available through an all-inclusive monthly subscription. Since service costs vary depending on location, acquisition method, and usage, please submit an order request on the website or contact the Presso sales department here to receive a quote and reserve a machine today.

Our machines are estimated to have a minimum lifespan of 7 years when regularly serviced by your dedicated Presso service team for preventative maintenance.

What types of garments can be handled in the machine, and how many garments can be treated at a time?

The Presso machine is capable of revitalizing and pressing a diverse range of garments, such as shirts, polos, delicate blouses, trousers, suit jackets, scrubs, T-shirts, short and medium-length dresses, pants, ties, and coats. However, it does not support full-length gowns and leather jackets at this time.
In terms of capacity, the Presso machine can treat up to 1 to 2 garments simultaneously.

Are your revitalization liquids/solutions safe to handle?

Absolutely! Presso's revitalization solutions are free from carcinogens and harsh chemicals, setting them apart from most solvents. Our agents are safe for everyone to handle.

Is this machine intended for a customer or a trained attendant to use?

The Presso machine can be utilized by customers as a self-service laundry kiosk or by trained attendants as a back-of-house processing solution.

Are your products and services available for distribution outside of the USA?

Currently, Presso's products and services are exclusively available for distribution, installation, and servicing within the continental US.

Do you have to revitalize the garments or can you just offer Pressing services?

The Presso machine offers the option to revitalize garments using its state-of-the-art Rapid Refresh cycle. Additionally, pressing-only cycles are available as a feature to accommodate specific needs.
