LaundrySucks.io Inc., doing business as Presso (“Presso,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our websites, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
This policy applies to:
- getpresso.com (our main website)
- shop.getpresso.com (our online store)
- portal.getpresso.com (our operator login portal)
Together we call these the “Sites.” It does not cover information collected by the Presso Machine or AirTouch hardware itself, or by third-party websites we link to.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us
- Contact details: first and last name, email address, phone number, company or business name, and mailing or business address.
- Message content: anything you type into a contact form, quote request, or job application, including comments about your business, equipment needs, or preferences.
- Order information: if you purchase from shop.getpresso.com, we collect your billing and shipping details and order history. Payment card details are handled directly by our payment processor and are not stored by us.
- Account information: if you use the operator portal, we collect your login credentials and account profile.
- Job applications: if you apply for a role, we collect the information in your application and resume.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Sites, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
- Device and connection data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution, and language settings.
- Usage data: pages viewed, links clicked, referring website, search terms that brought you to us, time spent on pages, and dates and times of your visits.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 4 below.
Information from other sources
We may receive information about you from advertising platforms, analytics providers, and business partners who refer you to us.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide quotes
- Process and fulfill orders, and provide customer support
- Create and manage operator portal accounts
- Send you information about our products, offers, and events, where permitted
- Send service and support text messages if you have opted in (see Section 8)
- Measure and improve how our Sites and marketing perform
- Deliver and measure advertising, including on Facebook and Instagram
- Evaluate job applications
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and technical problems
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share it in the following ways:
- Service providers. Companies that perform services for us, such as website hosting, customer relationship management, email delivery, payment processing, shipping, and analytics. They are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us.
- Advertising partners. We share limited information with advertising platforms so we can measure our ads and reach relevant audiences. This may include a scrambled (hashed) version of your email address or phone number, which allows the platform to recognize you without us sending your details in readable form. Under California law, this may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. See Section 6 for how to opt out.
- Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- Legal reasons. When we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
- With your consent. For any other purpose you agree to.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We and our partners also use pixels, tags, and similar technologies. We use them to make the Sites work, remember your preferences, understand how the Sites are used, and measure our advertising.
We ask for your consent before loading any non-essential tracking technology. When you first visit getpresso.com, a consent banner lets you accept or reject each category. You can change your choice at any time using the preferences link on our site. We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals.

Each provider handles the information it receives under its own privacy policy.

In the past twelve months we have collected the following categories of personal information, as those categories are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act:

We collect this information from you directly, automatically through the Sites, and from advertising and analytics partners.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we do not use or disclose it for purposes that require a “Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information” link.
6. Your Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident
You have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose about you
- Access a copy of that information
- Delete the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights
To opt out of sale or sharing, use the “Your Privacy Choices” link in our website footer, or reject the Advertising category in our cookie banner. We also treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a valid opt-out request.

We will verify your identity before responding, usually by confirming information we already hold about you. We will respond within 45 days, and will tell you if we need more time.
Authorized agents. You may designate someone to make a request on your behalf. We will ask for written proof of their authority and may still ask you to verify your own identity.
If you live in another U.S. state with a privacy law
Residents of states including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and Montana have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of targeted advertising. Use the same methods above and we will honor your request under your state’s law. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and we will reconsider within the timeframe your state requires.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom
You may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Contact us at the address above to exercise these rights.
7. How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it:

We may keep information longer where we are required to by law, or where we need it to resolve a dispute or enforce our agreements.
8. Text Messages
If you give us your mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive text messages from Presso. These may include installation scheduling, service reminders, support updates, and account notifications.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.
9. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
The Sites are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Links to Other Sites
Our Sites may link to websites we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site you visit.
12. International Transfers
We are based in the United States and process information here. If you access the Sites from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice.
