Schedule: 9 AM to 6 PM, 1 hour lunch

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Technician. Responsibilities:

  • Assemble hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems while adhering to the provided assembly instructions.
  • Perform regular inspections to ensure assembled products meet required specifications.
  • Utilize necessary power and hand tools to accomplish assigned tasks.
  • Maintains logs, records, and reports concerning production, machine maintenance, and product inconsistencies. 
  • Maintains equipment and conveyors and performs basic repairs when needed.
  • Inventories tools, parts, and supplies; contacts materials handler if supplies are needed. 
  • Periodically checks products per company policy to ensure quality and uniform completion; resolves any identified problems and alerts lead.
  • On-site servicing, diagnostics and repairs for electrical products or equipment.

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience working in a manufacturing environment as a product or assembly technician. 
  • Basic understanding of various power and hand tools and their proper usage
  • The ability to read technical drawing and understand product specifications and requirements.
  • Knowledge of machine shop procedures, shop mathematics, and inspection techniques.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as necessary to complete logs or records. 

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
  • Manual dexterity to handle small parts and tools.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, which may include exposure to noise, dust, and temperature variations.
