We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategic Account Executive to help lead our Business Development endeavors within the Multifamily Residential Real Estate industry. Job Summary:

The Strategic Account Executive – Multifamily plays a critical part within the Revenue Operations department at Presso in ensuring the company’s overall business development strategy, top-line revenue generation, and strategic partnership positioning as the organization continues to scale. 

The Multifamily Strategic Account Executive’s Core Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Ownership of Full Lifecycle Management from Lead or Prospect to Client and beyond.
  • Ownership of Full Data Management within Hubspot for associated Deals, Contacts, and Companies.
  • Ownership of assigned MQLs by the Head of Revenue Operations for deal pursuit.
  • Ownership of all existing Client Communications from Lead or Prospect to Client, signified when a sales handoff to the Client Success Department is complete.
  • Ownership of continued Multifamily Residential Real Estate Account Management to ensure a successful term of service for the Client.
  • Hold regular meetings, including quarterly ‘rock’ reviews, with the cross-functional Leadership Team for alignment on priorities and a monthly meeting with the cross-functional project teams to help drive focus and clarity on priorities.
  • Respond promptly to sales-related inquiries through various communication channels (email, phone, chat, etc.).
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of MFRRE client needs, pain points, and goals to develop tailored solutions that address their specific challenges and drive value.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans that outline goals, objectives, and tactics for maximizing revenue growth and customer satisfaction within the MFRRE industry.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients and effectively communicate the value proposition of these offerings.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regularly report on sales activities, revenue projections, and key performance metrics to the leadership team.
  • Stay updated on MFRRE industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market developments to anticipate client needs and position the company as a thought leader.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients, ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability targets.
  • Establish and maintain proactive communication methods and correspondence with Presso’s current Laundry Center clients and partners to ensure a successful experience post-sale.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within laundry center organizations, becoming a trusted advisor to the client.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Client Success, and Product Development to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to MFRRE clients.
  • Continuously manage and update the sales pipeline, ensuring that opportunities progress through the sales stages efficiently.
  • Stay updated on laundry center industry best practices and participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver strong innovation plans.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

  • An entrepreneurial “can-do” attitude to find ways to break down growth barriers.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software, communication software (Slack), and project management platforms (Asana, Notion).

Relevant Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in business development, account management, marketing, or a related function.
  • Proptech, B2B sales, large enterprise sales, and MFRRE experience highly preferred.
  • Experience can and will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.).
